Roasted Salami & Cream Cheese Breadrolls

Ingredients:

  • 4 breadrolls or small french bread
  • lots of round slices of salami
  • any cream cheese will do
  • Slices of roasted red bell pepper in a jar
  • small sliced black olives
  • Thin slices of boiled eggs
  • magerine
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 375 F/175 C.
  2. Cut the rolls in half.
  3. Butter them with the margerine.
  4. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on both sides.
  5. Layer the salami, the slices boiled eggs,  the black olives, the red bell pepper.
  6. Add a little bit of salt.
  7. Put the rolls  in the oven for about 7-10 minutes.

This is perfect as a lunch dish but, with a homemade soup, it is also a great dinner!
