Chicken with Chinese Cabbage and Rice


Ingredients:

  1. 2-3 tbs canola or sunflower oil
  2. 1 Chinese cabbage
  3. 1/2 lbs cooked chicken
  4. 3 cups of rice
  5. 3 tbs curry powder
  6. 4 tbs soy sauce
  7. 1 teaspoon of diced garlic
  8. 1 middle size onion
  9. 1 red chilli pepper, no seeds
  10. salt en pepper

Directions:

  • Heat the oil in a wok pan
  • Add the chopped, washed and drained cabbage, stir it for 2 minutes
  • Add the small cut chicken, red chilli pepper and onions
  • Add the curry powder, soy sauce, diced garlic, pepper and salt
  • Add the cooked rice
  • Stir it constanly, simmer the heat and leave it for 5 minutes
  • Serve it directly

A simple, quick and very delicous meal.
