Chicken with Chinese Cabbage and Rice
Ingredients:
- 2-3 tbs canola or sunflower oil
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1/2 lbs cooked chicken
- 3 cups of rice
- 3 tbs curry powder
- 4 tbs soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of diced garlic
- 1 middle size onion
- 1 red chilli pepper, no seeds
- salt en pepper
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a wok pan
- Add the chopped, washed and drained cabbage, stir it for 2 minutes
- Add the small cut chicken, red chilli pepper and onions
- Add the curry powder, soy sauce, diced garlic, pepper and salt
- Add the cooked rice
- Stir it constanly, simmer the heat and leave it for 5 minutes
- Serve it directly
A simple, quick and very delicous meal.
