Tilapia Fish Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lbs Tilapia fish fillet
  • Margarine
  • Two big tomatoes
  • 1 big yellow or white onion
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • American cheese, sharp cheddaar cheese
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Grinder with Garlic, Pepper, Seasalt.
  • Tajin, Chili powder with Lime, Clasico seasoning (see picture)

Directions:

  1. Butter the ovendish and pre warm in the oven
  2. Season the fish with with the grinder and the chili powder and layer it in the oven dish.
  3. Layer little pieces of margarine on the fish. (also on the second layer of fish).
  4. Layer the sliced tomatoes on it, then sprinkle it with the shredded cheese, breadcrumbs  and some seasoning (not too much).
  5. Layer the sliced onions on it and then another layer of tilapia fish fillet with seasoning.
  6. Again layer sliced tomatoes, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, seasoning and onions.
  7. Top it with shredded cheese, breadcrumbs and op top of that 4 slices of American sharp cheddar Cheese.
  8. Put the dish in a pre heated oven of 375 F (190 Celsius)  for about 30 minutes.

We eat it with rice!
