Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • Any lettuce you like.
  • 2 small cans of tuna in oil
  • 3 slices of anchovies.
  • 1 table spoon of Olive oil
  • 1 table spoon of water
  • 3 tomatoes, 2 shallots
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Italian herbs, salt, pepper, a little bit garlic powder
  • Goat cheese, scrapped Parmesan or any other very aged cheese
  • A handful of croutons

Directions:

  1. Wash the lettuce and cut in small slices.
  2. Put the lettuce in a big bowl.
  3. Wash and chop the tomatoes, do not use the soft tissue of the tomatoes.
  4. Chop the shallots very small.
  5. Open the tuna cans, drain the oil into another bowl.
  6. Separate the tuna on a plate.
  7. Chop the Chevre cheese and boiled eggs in 1/4 inch pieces..
  8. Mix the olive oil, water, a tbs of the tuna oil, herbs etc. in a small bowl.
  9. Mix all ingredients with the lettuce except for the croutons.
  10. Toss the scrapped Parmesan and the croutons through the salad.

You can eat this salad as a main entrée with some bread.

    My favorite kind of Salad is none other Potato Salad. it really taste yummy…:

    whenever my sister makes potato salad, i always eat them in less than a minute or so he he. i just love all sorts of salad. ,;:
