Ingredients:
6 Servings:
- 2 lbs lean pork
- 1 1/2 lbs tomatoes
- 2 big white onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- fresh Cilantro or Italian parsley
- 1 small can of brown beans
- Salt and Peper
- 6 tbs butter or margarine.
Directions:
- Season the pork meat.
- Heat the butter in big skillet and cook the meat for 15 minutes, turn it freguently.
- Take the meat out of the skillet.
- Put the chopped onions, garlic, tomatoes and the brown beans in the remaining butter.
- Cut the pork meat in small pieces and put it back in the skillet.
- Bring it back to boiling.
- Simmer and cover it.
- Boil it for about 2 hours.
- Chop the Cilantro finely, and ad it 10 minutes before the end of cooking time.
Serve this delicious Dutch meal with white rice or boiled patatoes.
